Citizen's personal information does not fall within the scope of the industry and Commerce department's publicity
Article 6, paragraph 3, of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that: "The public may apply to the company registration authority for inquiry of the company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services." However, the citizen's identity card number and address information belong to the citizen's personal information, not the government information that the industrial and commercial departments can disclose according to law. If the parties apply to the industrial and commercial registration authorities for the citizen's personal identity card number and address information in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Company Law, the industrial and commercial departments will not make it public.
